I have found the ports that are needed.
If you want to set up your router for Clue without using the DMZ, look for an option in the router settings for port forwarding or virtual servers, then send the following ports to your computer (for finding the router settings and the address of your computer, see the information in the top post):
    Protocol: TCP
    Ports: 6667,2300-2400,47624,28800-29000
If you can get it to work like this, this is actually less of a security risk than using the DMZ, and it also works better if you have multiple computers using the router (although only one PC can be set up for Clue at once).
Also note that people with routers can join games fine without any special setup - it is only to host a game that you need to configure your router.
If anyone wants any help setting it up, I may be able to assist on MSN Messenger ([email protected]). I do have some experience with home networking.
