Believe it or not in a NSA or Club game 3 or 4 challenges is not uncommon.

So here in V2 you have player "A" who

never plays a phony
never challenges a valid play
never misses challenging a phony.

Player "B" that would be me

can no longer try an intentional phony

will always only be successfully challenged by "A"

will never challenge "A" because "A" never plays phonies

Now "A" is in the position to play anything under the Sun with my challenge gene numbed into submission.
