  Thank you very much Jim.

  Sorry everyone but power apparently went off at just before 8.30 a.m. yesterday (I was already out by then and only found this out some four hours later).

  The Electricity Board said that it was a major problem and would take hours to isolate and fix. When the isolated the problem they found the ground to be actually pulsing as a major cable had fractured. When they opened up the ground there was a burning smell and steam rising.

  All in all we finally got power back just on after 12 hours
