Your E-mail account is a hotmail account. Hotmail accounts MUST be checked very often.

The E-mail we sent was RETURNED because the allowed storage was full. That is the same
as an invalid E-mail account.

The Leapfrogging and Rankhounding rules read as follows.....
Rank Hounding: Players in the Top Ten are expected to be as active after they reach
the top ranks as they were before. In other words, if you are playing 20 games a day
to make it to the Top Ten and then only play once a week to hold your rank you may be
penalized.

Leapfrogging: Players in the Top Ten should try to play the person ranked directly below them at least once every three days. If you are found to be avoiding challenges that put your rank at risk your account will be penalized.

You obviously had no problem finding the users to play in order to reach the number 1 position (rankhounding) but had a problem maintaining the same for others.
As for the Leapfrogging the daily results showed you to be in violation. We are sorry you do not see it the same way but it is in the daily results.

No one needs to complain about these problems we monitor the top ten as needed.

If it really doesn't matter then why not stay instead of getting upset when the rules have not changed, only been inforced.
