I can't believe this l;adder...I did not request a downgrade in my membership but they downgraded me..now If I want a plat membership I have start all over...This was their screwup not mine. The fee was charged to my acct and paid...then without a request from me it was refunded. -And I am now a gold member..well...if that is how they play, they do not need my $80. + dollars a year and I don't need to play in case anymore!! After 15+years GOOD BYE CASE!!
